Store Policy
Dog Size Limit:
• Dogs must weigh under 35 pounds to be accommodated.
• This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all the dogs in our care.
Late Pickup
• If you are unable to pick up your dog from boarding within the designated time, your dog will be moved to day care and will be subject to the appropriate day care rate..
•For dog day care if it is over 10 hours, there will also be a late pick-up fee. The fee up to 30% of the original cost.
• To ensure the smooth operation of our facility and maintain the well-being of all dogs in our care, we have established the Late Pick-Up Policy.
• Please respect our operating hours and the fact that we may not be available outside of operating hours.
Booking and Cancellations
• Same-day booking and cancellations are available.
• We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible, but we ask for open communication about any changes, especially with drop offs and pick-ups time.
Vaccinations and Health Requirements

Dogs must be vaccinated against canine influenza and Bordetella (kennel cough) and provide proof of vaccination.

All dogs MUST be vaccinated against Rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus)

They should be free from fleas and up to date with any necessary medications.

Dogs should be in general good health to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Please do not bring a dog that is sick to our facility.
Maximum Number of Dogs per Family
• We can accommodate 1-6 dogs from a single family.
• This policy ensures that each dog receives adequate attention and care.
Restrictions on Aggressive, Destructive, or Excessively Barking Dogs or Dogs in Heat
• For the safety and well-being of all dogs and staff, we cannot accept aggressive dogs.
• Dogs with a history of destructive behavior or excessive barking will not be accommodated.
• Dogs in heat may not be accommodated and if dogs go into heat while here, an extra fee of $35/day will be charged.
• In addition, although we will try to prevent and discourage any kind of conception during your dog's stay, we will not be responsible or liable for any pregnancies that occur as a result of your dog's stay.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up and Parking
• When walking on to our location, please make sure your dog is always on a leash
• We kindly request that you arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up. Drop off and pick up are by appointment only. Please text us if your plans change and/or you need to change the time.
• Timely arrivals ensure a smooth transition for your dog and allow us to maintain our schedule.
• We also request that you park in or in front of our driveway and do not use any of the parking spaces around our home for drop off or pick up or for any kind of extended stay.
Communication Regarding Departure
• Please send us a message when you are leaving your house with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
• This allows us to prepare for your dog's arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process.
Communication for Changes, Delays, etc.
• We encourage open communication with us regarding any changes, delays, or special instructions.
• Keeping us informed helps us provide the best possible care for your dog.
